When you buy a new home from Accure you can be safe in the knowledge that it is built to a very high standard of design and quality, has low environmental impact and that you will enjoy an exceptional customer experience.


Your dedicated Customer Relations Manager receives you at point of exchange and then takes you through to completion, informing you of the progress of your new home, and the choices and options available. They will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during the lead-in to moving.


Your Customer Service Manager will look after you and your new home after completion.  Once you have moved in, you will receive a thorough demonstration of how to operate the equipment in your new home. The Customer Service Team will then be on hand to answer any queries.


The property benefits from a ten year warranty for structures, five years for finishes and two for appliances (accordingly with the Portuguese law).
