ACCURE: Who We Are
Accure is a development and asset management company focused on find unique asset and creating rehabilitation projects of residential and commercial buildings in prime and upcoming locations of Lisbon.
Founded by a team with more than 10 years working in project management, real estate investment funds and investment banking. On the beginning was founded to be a consultancy company bringing accuracy to the Portuguese real estate market – Accure = Accuracy in Real Estate.
During the first year, after some consultancy projects, we started to develop real estate assets. We set out to discover the best profit opportunities, managing currently 6 projects for a total investment of 30 million euros.

Miguel Aguiar – Managing partner
Miguel Aguiar is a Portuguese civil engineer with an MBA and a Master in Real Estate finance. He has more than 12 years of experience as a project manager and real estate fund manager working for the largest private bank in Portugal, Novo Banco (formerly BES).
Miguel was responsible for the management of many real estate funds, from BES to ESAF, with more than 2 billion euros in assets, refurbishment of old buildings located in the Lisbon City Center, urban development in touristic areas in Portugal and performing assets commercial and office buildings. He is also locally active in the charity/social responsibility sector.
Miguel´s expertise includes local operations of Portuguese Companies/PE businesses, finance structuring, governance and tax, real estate legal framework and development process, network and relationships with real estate community, consultants and contractors.
