Miguel Ribeiro Aguiar
Managing partner
Portuguese civil engineer, with an MBA and a Master's in real estate finance. Miguel has more than 20 years’ of expertise as a manager of large-scale projects and a real estate investment funds fund manager.

Miguel worked for the largest private bank in Portugal as a manager of an investment portfolio in excess of one billion euros. He has extense expertise in local operations with large Portuguese and International companies, PE business, financial structuring, with excellent relations between the real estate community, consultants and contractors.
Margarida Capela Rodrigues
Head of Sales & Marketing
Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture. Graduate student at ISEG University studying sales management and branding.
Margarida took part in the creation of several highly profitable real estate sales, marketing, communication, and promotion initiatives in Portugal.
